1. Data Collection
Kieversmith collects only the information submitted through the questionnaire.
No additional tracking, profiling, or data enrichment is performed.
2. Use of Data
Submitted data is used solely to generate the Blueprint.
It is not used for:
- Marketing
- Analytics beyond service execution
- Third-party sharing
3. Data Retention
All client data is temporary.
Upon confirmed delivery of the Blueprint:
- All submitted materials are deleted within 48 hours
- No backups are retained
- No archives are stored
4. Data Sharing
Kieversmith does not sell, share, or transfer client data to third parties.
5. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect submitted data during processing.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients should avoid submitting sensitive or regulated data unless necessary.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated as the service evolves.
