- produces one complete deliverable
- is fulfilled within 72 hours of receiving a complete submission
No iteration, revision, or follow-up is included.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information
- ensuring the problem submitted is stable and well-defined
Incomplete or inaccurate input may affect the outcome.
No Guarantees of Outcome
The service provides a structural resolution based on the system presented.
Implementation outcomes are not guaranteed.
Results depend on execution and external factors beyond control.
No Ongoing Obligation
Upon delivery:
- the engagement is complete
- no further support, clarification, or modification is provided
Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Kieversmith.
The client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the delivered solution.
Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
Kieversmith is not liable for:
- business outcomes
- financial loss
- indirect or consequential damages
Use of the delivered solution is at the client’s discretion.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the questionnaire and engaging the service,
the client agrees to these terms.
